The rectangular reeded edge top with rounded corners crossbanded in chestnut burl and morado, with two additional self storing leaves, above a mahogany apron, on two baluster turned pedestals each issuing four downswept legs terminating in finely leaf cast brass cappings. This Table seats 10 -14 people. The Theodore Alexander AlThorp Crown Symbol is visible at both ends. The Leaf Storage mechanism makes using and stowing table leaves a breeze! There is a drawer on the bottom that allows the Leaves to slide out and the Storage mechanism itself is on wheels so it is easy to move across the room. The accompanying AlThorp Chairs Are constructed of solid Carved Mahogany. The seat cushions are a Thick and luxurious Leather that is hand dyed.
