They have all grown to be healthy, hardy birds and the hens produce nice solid eggs daily. 12 total Rare Pearl Quail LARGE Coturnix Hatching EggsWe have the cutest Pearl Coturnix Quail. They are happy and healthy and lay nice fertile eggs due to the roo to hen ratio. Remember, quail have a shorter incubation period. Also, please note that these Pearl can also produce fawn, brown or greys. We are working to breed those colors out. 3 or more orders purchased at once will need more time to ship fresh. I mean, we don’t know your hatching style. Are you super diligent and up checking your incubators every 5 minutes driving your family crazy or do you throw the eggs in and hope for the best 21 days later? It’s industry standard that mailed eggs usually have a 50% hatch rate. That being said, we can guarantee to you that our eggs are fresh the day we mail them, that we have a good ratio of hens to Roos, (up to the Roos to get their groove on!) and that we will package them up like the little precious valuables they are. We cannot control the mail person. Even gently handled mailed eggs rarely give more than a 50% hatch rate. Don’t let that discourage you! Regardless it’s great fun to see the little babies pip out of their shell and start to explore their little world. Almost done!….. just a couple other quick remindersYour eggs may have some dirt/poop smudges on them. DO NOT WASH they need that outer layer of protection left onIf your package arrives damaged with the eggs damaged, please take pictures of everything and notify the post office. Priority mail, which YOU have paid for, includes insurance. Do what you have to do to get your shipping back from the Post Office if the unfortunate happens. That is accomplished online at the USPS. Sorry, we can not control the package slingers and throwers from our town to yours unfortunately. Please do not order if you plan on screaming at us instead of the postal service!We are unable to refund your purchase for any reason other than we totally send you the wrong eggs. I can’t imagine we would not double check but chicken poop happens! Just send us pics of the eggs you think were mis-sent on the same day you receive them and we will make it right.We do not cancel orders at your request.
