Description: 15” ANTIQUE RUSSIAN STOCKINETTE VILLAGE BOY DOLL HOLDING BELL Wonderful antique Russian stockinette Village (or “Willage”) Boy doll measuring approximately 15” tall. Label sewn on the pant leg. The doll is holding a beaded bell in his right hand. Some wear to the doll’s nose and right upper forehead. Discoloration as shown in the photos. Hair is scant, especially in the back. Clothing appears to be complete including jacket and matching hat. No holes or tears in the clothing although there is some wear, fading and discoloration. The woven straw shoes are in poor condition - both shoes have holes at the toes. The doll weighs approx 13 oz.
