Relates to the Grant of a Messuage or Tenement called Underwoods and six Closes or parcels of land containing 20 acres in Fillongley. Also includes a Close called Deepmore containing 10 acres in Fillongley. The lease is for three months. The rent is one peppercorn. CONDITION. Contents complete. One small hole where two fold lines intersect and another small hole in the heading (slightly affects the āuā in the word Indenture). Otherwise no holes or tears.
