Bound in period green half Morocco, raised bands to the spine, titles in gilt with gilt motifs to panels. Bindings measure; 22.2cm x 14.3cm. Pagination; [3], vi-xv, 442, [3], iv-viii, 484pp. Both volumes with the Duke of Marlborough's bookplate.** Condition: See photos as part of condition report: Two volume set. Both volumes uniformly bound in period green half Morocco. Holding firmly, some rubbing to the joints and head and foot of the spines. The spines and partially to the corner pieces discoloured brown. Duke of Marlborough bookplate to the front pastedown's of each vol. Text blocks firm, all pages present. Pages mostly clean, occasional spotting to vol 2.
