He was a known chronologist and penned many works of biblical scholarship. CONDITION In a full cloth binding with paper spine label. Externally, generally smart with bumping to the extremities and to the head and tail of spine. Spine has faded. Loss to the spine label. Loss to the head of spine due to bumping. Bookplates of Llandaff Cathedral Library to the front pastedown and recto of front endpaper. Loosely inserted is a letter from the author, Edward Greswell, to those at Llandaff Cathedral offering them this work. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are age toned with just the odd spots.
