This work is a rebound ex-library copy in a very smart condition. With a tipped in bookplate and ink stamps for 'Edinburgh Mechanics' Subscription Library'. CONDITION Rebound in a cloth binding with crushed morocco spine label. Externally very smart, with minor shelf wear to extremities and slight rubbing to boards and spine. Library bookplate tipped to front free-endpaper. Internally firmly bound. Pages age toned but generally bright and clean, with handling marks to the occasional page. Library ink stamp to title page and page 25, not affecting text. Slight marking to extremities of first few pages.
