Illustrated throughout. Top board and several pages detached, damage and loss to top of spine, signs of tape repairs, rubbing and wear, else in good condition. Norman Seagram MacKenzie, often known as Norman S. MacKenzie, was a significant figure in the Canadian banking industry during the early 20th century.
