Endpapers are brittle and torn (see 2nd and 3rd-to-last photos). Tissue guard on title page is wrinkled. Page 22 has a very slight tear at the top margin (see 9th photo). Page 51 has a very slight tear at the bottom margin. Pages 55-60 have been torn completely from book, but still present (see last photo). A couple of pages are slightly soiled. Binding is tight.
