Covers are firmly attached with no cracking of hinges either inside or outside. Inscription of first blank page that reads: "Presented to C. W. Morse by Augusta Hathaway, Mar 3rd 1894." Books are in very good-plus condition. This is a rare set. Early editions of Charles Darwin are scarce and very collectible. They are increasing in value rapidly. A wonderful collectible!
