Description: c 1910 RPPC log cabin photo postcard ID Cal & Mazie written but unposted I love this shot: A couple is sitting on their porch. The cabin or house wood looks brand new, so maybe they have just built it. They are very dressed up. The card is not dated nor addressed, but it is inscribed and signed. Written on reverse is:"This isn't good of Cal and it dosn't look any thing like me. Will get some better ones later."Cal and Mazie" Yellowing to image. Fading to image. Some surface soiling. My mother was a photographer who collected antique photos of all types for years. As I am settling her estate, I will be listing these photos as quickly as I am able. There are hundreds of photos to go through, and I am trying to match any information my mother may have left with individual photos. Unfortunately, Mom had dementia at the end of her life and wasn't able to tell me much about her collection. She had done a lot of research into photographers and individual pieces in her collection, and often, but not always, filed her research with the photo(s). I search for more information on the internet and in history books, but it's a slow process and it will take me a long time to complete the sorting and selling process.
