If you want your card tossed in an envelope without tracking then sure, it can be less. Anything that cannot be bent or twisted USPS will charge you a package rate, and it is more in person retail at the post office. If the envelope is rigid & non bendable it gets billed a package rate. I will try to send ASAP but now have it set at 3 business days. I am too old to be rushing every day. If you see typos etc it is probably from the medical issues I have, I'm not going to overly proof check things. No spell check on here now.
