Using PGCS Online Photograde and my 63 years of collecting coins, this likely would grade VG, but only your opinion matters, so grade it for yourself. It appears to be problem free. The date and mint mark are worn, but legible and it has no acid etching.I'm not a dealer, just a collector like you, so lets fill some of those holes in your collection, or upgrade the ones that you already have.
