Description: 1920’s Ladies Art Deco 14K Sapphire Willard Watch ~Wire Mess Band BAND. Movement: Well made Willard Swiss manual wind movement. This is a fine caliber is running well on 17 jewels. The movement is working well & keeping good time. Case, Crystal & Crown: Original and signed white gold colored case in excellent shape with no wear and is signed 14K. Decorated with at Art Deco style of 4 real Sapphires set in with a yellow gold raised edge around the crystal. The watch winds and sets properly. Crystal is original and has minor scratches. Sapphire condition: Sapphires are in mint condition. Dial &Hands: 100% Original q 111on the sterling silver dial with black crisp numbering. Hands are original to the watch. Size: Measures 14 mm side to side (excluding crown) and 32 mm lug to lug. Band: Band is an art deco wire mess with a clasp. Band and watch measure 11” open and 7 1/4” closed. Band is marked 14k gf. Tip for collectors: Despite popular demand for refinished clean dials, I am aware of collectors' search and sensitivity for original dials. Therefore any dials known to be refinished, will be clearly mentioned in the dial section of the description. Otherwise, dial is believed to be 100% original. Due to the age of these filigree bands, I do not know the exact condition so I do not guarantee then to NOT break. I have not has them inspected by a jeweler. Its as is condition.
