Description: This 1 ½” x 4” ribbon with celluloid attachment was issued for the national bi-centennial celebration of George Washington’s birth (1732-1932). The celluloid itself is attached to a metal frame, which measures 1 ¼” x 1 ½”. There is a larger version also of this piece. The item here is in near mint condition with no splits or staining. The glare on Washington's chin is reflection from my camera.
