The makers mark on the backs are marked "Nobility Plate". These are used/pre-owned condition and do have vintage wear such as fine scratches from use. I have given them a light clean but there may be light tarnish. These are in very good vintage condition and shiny. A polish will definitely buff out some of the fine scratches and leave them even more beautiful. There is one tablespoon/serving spoon with 3 small deeper scratches on the back and one dinner knife with dents on the handle. Both of these have been discounted (see drop-down). These are beautiful for an elegant table or a french cottage chic look and great to mix and match with other patterns. These make a beautiful 5 piece place setting with the Knife, Dinner Fork, Salad Fork, Soup Spoon and Teaspoon. Please see photos for details and contact me with any questions.
