Description: Original 1939 6x8 Press Photo JUDGE KENESAW MOUNTAIN LANDISWatching Chicago White Sox vs. St. Louis Browns This is a 1939 bordered glossy gelatin silver press photo. The back is rubber-stamped by the World Wide Photos service and subsequently rubber-stamped "May 7 1939" by the receiving news agency. Also on the back, you have attached a clip from the newspaper where this photo was published, as well as a round hologram-type authentication sticker with the names of The Seattle Times Archives and www.JohnRogersArchive.com.The photo is enclosed in a soft vinyl sheet protector which, in turn, is permanently sealed within a heavy plastic box by Beckett Grading Services. The box also bears Beckett's authentication tag and serial number. [ CONDITION DETAILS... ]I see no condition issues with the photo, sheet protector, or plastic box. The above is my good-faith attempt to disclose all noteworthy issues. Keep in mind that vintage/antique items always show their age. (Don't we all!?) It would be impossible to mention every tiny detail, so please expect that there will be something about this item (or lot) that's not perfect and may need touch-up.
