Description: Uniquely designed vintage recipe book from Mazola who produced corn and vegetable oils so many of the recipes are for salads but mostly to influence people to use Mazola oils for the salad dressings, but you wouldn't have to rely on Mazola oil to replicate recipes. Any oil would be an adequate substitute. There are 32 pages with 8-10 recipes per two pages. Plus, neat illustrations, photos and quite a bit of information on salad "etiquette", preparation, design and other tips for a 1930s style serving of salad. You get some pretty unique salad and dressing recipes. Kind of interesting. Condition is good for its age - No pages missing, good color but there are some noticeable light stains Approx. dimensions - 6" x 9"
