Description: Very Good vintage condition. Some fine surface scratches, a small chip on one corner of one of the clear keystones (see close up pic), and some yellowing of gem adhesive. A few missing stones were replaced with reclaimed and/or new old stock stones. There is some pre-existing color variations on a couple blue stones (they may have been replaced previously). All remaining stones intact and in very good to excellent condition. Rhodium plating looks fresh and new. Necklace is a breathtaking asymmetrical lavalier design comprised of a keystone, teardrop, square cut and chatons of various sizes and arrangements. Matching screw back earrings continue the design variations with the wounderful curve flourish seen in 1940's retro or art-moderne jewelry. Tere's a lot going on with these pieces, full of sparkle and drama. Necklace is secured by a simple spring ring clasp, measuring 15" long with an additional drop from the centerpiece. Carefully packaged and shipped in a jewelry gift box.
