Most of the roundness is gone to Franklin eyebrow, cheek, and hair, ultimately lacking the detail that would make it XF. The once highly detailed Liberty bell is smooth with some detail across the coin. Obverse: The hair across the top of head has some detail. Behind Franklin's ear, most the strands of hair have merged. Cheek under eye has lost a majority of roundness and conveys flatness.
