Description: I just had the pleasure (sadly), of being the first person to see the incredible game collection of a gentleman from NE PA. He was a lifetime game player/collector. Unfortunately, he very recently passed away leaving his wife to deal with several rooms in their house, full of board games. I will be listing the games I purchased here on eBay over the next several weeks and months. He kept everything in amazing condition. Most games are complete and unplayed, some are sealed, and some have been carefully played. He went so far as to make his own pieces, cards and/or counters, in some cases, to keep the game in pristine condition. I will do my best to describe the condition and note any issues on these rarer games. This is Lowell Toy Manufacturing's 77 Sunset Strip game dated 1960. The game is in excellent condition. It is missing the yellow man figure but has been replaced with a yellow token. The box is showing signs of shelf wear. Thank you for looking.
