Description: 1962 Date Coded GM BorgWarner T10 4 Speed, Wide Ratio (2.54) 1st Gear transmission. This is for performance passenger car applications. This transmission has nice used gears in it. This transmission has the narrow bolt pattern for mounting to the bell housing. This transmission has a brand new updated 27 spline main shaft. This box originally came with a 16 spline shaft and they all twist. This transmission has been professionally disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and reassembled using a new syncro ring and bearing kit, plus 2 new torque lock sliders. This early T10 has a 8 tooth speedo drive gear on the passenger side and a 10/27 spline count.
