The size of this ad is approximately: 10.5"x 13.5" This ad is in good condition, although there could be some slightly rough edges, or faint creases just from normal handling over the years. Any flaws would be very mild if there are any at all. Any ads with flaws should be barley noticeable or can be completely covered or almost unnoticeable if it's framed.
