Description: Up for sale is a complete brand new original NOS choke assembly for 1971 and 1972 Camaro Z28 and Corvette LTI Spec Hi Perf engines with the Holley 4 bbl carburetor. This is a complete consisting of an NOS choke thermostat coil , coil cover , choke rod, choke rod clip and stainless steel mounting screw. The choke cover is the correct early "smooth top" cover p/n 3998944 not the later service replacement cover p/n 14006795 These parts are GM / Chevrolet choke thermostat coil 3989061 , coil cover 3998944 , choke rod 3989057 and choke rod clip 3989067 . These parts come from closed down Chevrolet dealerships parts departments. Please note these parts are 50 year old production line parts and may have some age imperfections (oxidation or tarnish) - I will select the best quality parts from my inventory. Depending on inventory the choke thermostat and thermostat cover may come in either GM boxes or bags but will be genuine correct GM parts. The choke rod , rod clip and mounting screw will come loose as shown in the photo.
