Description: Here are two identical 1975 Amtrak Auto Train brochures. That was, I believe, the first year that the AutoTrain ran. The train from Lorton, Virginia to Sanford, Florida was a novel (back then) way for snowbirds to go south to Florida, have their cars with them, but not have to drive there. These two brochures are in really nice shape. I am also tossing in a couple of other train related brochures that, frankly, are not is as good of shape. One is a black cover Auto Train description brochure with water damage. The pages stick together a bit, and there is paper damage where someone tried to pull the pages apart. I think this one is also a 1970's piece. The second "throw-in" is a CP Rail M/V Pricess of Acadia passenger ferry service brochure from the Bay of Fundy in Canada. Also water damaged with some paper damage where some tried to get it apart. The schedule on the inside pages is for 1975, so that is likely the printing date of this one. The two damaged ones look okay on the front covers, so perhaps good for display. Photos of everything for your perusal, with a yardstick in the shots for size reference.
