Description: 1977 Laboratorios y Agencias Unidas (Lyausa) STAR WARS - EMPTY Wax Box. Made in Mexico. Quite rare to find in any condition. Lyausa made only a single 66-card Star Wars series in 1977, and it was sold in two-card packs with 3 different varieties of wrappers. Very few boxes exist today in any condition, and one would be hard-pressed to turn up more than 1 or 2 other fuzzy photographs of a 1977 Mexican Star Wars box on the entire world wide web. Condition: the box has some moderate wear and the top perforated part of the cover is detached from the rest of the box. There is also some mild to moderate water damage, mostly to the bottom. A small piece of aged tape remains on the bottom part of the cover and may have been standard on all Mexican boxes.
