Description: 1979 dale figley (2) original oil/air brush sci fi fishing paintings Space Age. Two awesome original paintings. These paintings were commissioned by Steve captka; whom amongst many things had a fishing show in the 70s; he used the larger painting in many of his videos; which are on YouTube now; we placed a photo of the 70s video where he was using the painting in the photo gallery(Google stream side Steve if u want to watch it). His boat is painted into the other painting, with his name on it; captka. The smaller painting is on board; has smudges and may need a cleaning. The larger is on canvas and has been well cared for. Both dated 1979. The artist dale figley’s art can be found in the future life magazine #26. An awarded science fiction airbrush artist. Believe Steve was living in Portland and Dale may have been from Vancouver Wa at the time. Not exactly sure. In true 70s fashion. A science fiction/fishing mash up. Hence astronaut fishing on Mars? Not sure of the planet
