NO MINT SETS were made in 1982 and 1983. You get all the Mint Set Jefferson nickels from 1980-1989 which includes; 1980 P&D, 1981 P&D, 1984 P&D, 1985 P&D, 1986 P&D, 1987 P&D, 1988 P&D & 1989 P&D. There is no 1982 P&D or 1983 P&D as no Mint Sets were produced in those years. Please expect possible light toning. This is a natural occurrence with these sets.
