Description: Vintage 1982 Pro Antique Auto Parts Catalog Description Up for sale is a vintage Pro Antique Auto Parts catalog from 1982. This catalog was found in a drawer and belonged to a family member who is no longer with us, so for all intents and purposes; this listing is part of an ongoing online estate sale of sorts. The catalog is for the 1982 year, and there's a postal mark on the front cover which is dated as May of 1982, so I can only assume this must have been a spring issue. The catalog exhibits some immediately visible wear on it; brought on by overall age and general storage; appearing mostly in the form of yellowing and/or spotting throughout the cover and/or pages as well as some some minor wear and tear on the cover in addition o the usual creases, page bends, scuff marks, etc. The front cover also has an outline of a sticker label which was the original recipient address which easily fell off as it just dried out to the point of utter disintegration. Aside from that, some of the cover material has also flaked off in the areas closest to the stapled spline; which basically makes the cover look as though it was hanging by a thread for the most part. Additionally, there are a few termite holes that were burrowed through the publication starting from the rear cover which run up to about page 28. This catalog has a total of 34 numbered pages with an additional order form as the last page. That order form also had some sort of label on it as well, but it must have fallen off at some point in time that I wasn't exactly privy to, as all I can see left on there is a remnant outline appearing just underneath the Other Parts Catalogs Available header. Aside from this, the catalog also has a blue sheet print out which consists of coupons that count towards purchases made at this time. While this catalog may not be the most sought after automotive parts catalog out there, it is vintage at least... and I figure it could make for an interesting addition to any Chevrolet enthusiast and/or catalog collector out there; so please be sure to get in on this deal while it still lasts, for my loss is your gain as they say in the trade.
