Description: PLEASE NOTE: the rubber bands that Topps used to hold the packs together, deteriorated over the years and caused some of the packs to stick together… And also caused the bottom pack to stick to the bottom of the box, which tore the wrapper on the bottom of one of the packs when it was pulled from the box.
