Description: I recently took delivery of a large order of etopps cards and closed out my account. Only 999 2008 Max Scherzer etopps Rookie cards were created. Originally you paid Topps directly for each card and after purchasing they remained in Topps storage. While in storage you could still trade them and sell them on ebay. If you wanted them "in-hand" you needed to pay Topps to ship them to you. An open question for all etopps cards is how many of the original cards remain with Topps in long forgotten accounts.
