Description: 2017 Star note with several errors! Note is off center far to the right! It has an over inked serial number with ink spots above it on left top side of note. Ink bleeds through from back to front on both sides of picture of president. On the obverse side the serial number bleeds through and there is an obvious finger print from the mint employee on back too!
