These are collector-only, "NIFC" coins, taken directly from mint-wrapped rolls. All business-strike coins (no matter where you buy them) will usually have some contact marks and/or surface spotting. This is because the mint doesn't take special handling precautions with business-strikes like they do with proof coins.
