W. Bush. They are uncirculated coins minted at the Philadelphia Mint and Denver Mint. These coins’ designs display large, dramatic artwork and edge-incused inscriptions of the year, “E PLURIBUS UNUM,” and mint mark. Each coin features a likeness of President Bush on the obverse (heads) and a striking modern rendition of the Statue of Liberty on the reverse (tails). Obverse inscriptions are “GEORGE H. W.
