Description: One lot of twenty-seven (27) vintage railroad train Edmundson style card tickets ( 2 ¼” x 1 1/8”) from the Wiscasset, Waterville, and Farmington Railway (previously Wiscasset and Quebec Railroad) Tickets were likely collected by a rail fan after the railroad closed. Most are not used, and some may have been used although the punch work and backstamp may have come after the railroad had closed. They come from a 60 year collection (not mine). The WW&F included the towns of Wiscasset, Alna, Sheepscot, Head Tide, Whitefield, North Whitefield, Coopers Mills, Windsor, Week’s Mills, Palermo, China and Albion in the state of Maine.
