Why is E3Strings and what are we trying to do, I was anAutomotive Technician for 40 years, fixing things is what I did, like puzzles.I have been playing music for the last 10 years starting with harmonicas, I gotin to tuning and rebuilding them, especially pre-WWII harps. I wanted to makeit easy to clean and repair them.Then I got into playing theMandolin and Guitar, and blues and blue grass. I got turned on to Cigar Box 3String guitars and I was hooked, the sound was awesome and they were easy toplay and complimented my harps. I wanted to improve them, there was wood andmetal in the scrap where I worked so I had most of my material. Off I went. Each time I would build a Guitar I wanted to optimize it;I learned on the shoulders of U tube giants. The result being, using thinguitar hardwood to make the boxes, hardwood necks and fret boards, andmaximizing acoustic sound coming from my guitars.
