In a three-player game, the third player takes control of the Russian and Rumanian forces, allied with the Intente player. The major Central Powers were Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Turkey. The minor Central Power was Bulgaria. The major Intente Powers were the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Russia and the United States. The minor Entente Powers were Montenegro, Serbia, Greece, and Rumania. The Arabs fought with T.E. Lawrence against the Turks and thus are technically part of the Entente.
