Description: High quality 3-D printed wheel and tire set for the Rockwell/Delta 1" Belt Sander/Grinder. I recently purchased a 31-352 sander and the tires disintegrated as soon as I turned the machine on. I decided to design and print my own set of wheels and pliable tires that I have been using for months now. The set includes 1-pulley assembly wheel (tapped 5/16-18 for the original allen bolt), 1-large idler wheel and 2-smaller idler wheels and tires for all 4 wheels. Printed in sort of a dark Rockwell green. Tires are secured with professional grade cyanoacrylate glue to prevent slippage. Includes a 5/16-18 allen set bolt, and two sets of 1/4-20 stainless steel nuts, washers and lock washers for the small idler wheels. Also shown in a video is a set mounted to my 31-352 (sander NOT included). I also will be selling tire sets alone in both orange and black (shown mounted to the original wheels from my machine). Wheels can be printed in other colors (black, orange, red, yellow, brown), but could cause a 2-3 day delay in shipping. Individual wheels, or combination of wheels, can also be provided.
