5 Handmade artworks from recycled styrofoam by Stephen Crall

Description: This is a most unusual art offering and buyer opportunity. For sale is a collection of a 4 original color intaglio prints that are printed on cleansed and recycled styrofoam. Each print has been signed, numbered and titled in pencil. The suite is entitled "Here we go again" and consists of intaglio etchings impressed on coffee cups, fruit and meat trays. Most are in editions of 4 or less. The pieces vary in measurement but most are small or medium size with the tallest measuring 12" x 10". Three are from 1994 and 1 is from 1996. Each piece is titled, editioned and signed by the artist. The artist is Stephen Crall who has had more than 20 years as a university lecturer and adult educator. In addition, he has been an academic program coordinator/administrator and a Graphic Designer. Stephen has a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of South Carolina and has been an art instructor at many institutions including the Visual and Performing Arts Department at South Carolina State University. He has been in many individual and group exhibitions over the years. A certificate of authenticity will accompany the lot. These limited edition artworks are real conversation starters. Please notice that one piece (photo 13) has a tear in the lower margin. The artist has recently suffered head trauma and has medical and rehab costs. The sale of these pieces will help him a little.
