If a shipment arrives with any damage, the buyer should immediately notify the seller thru eBay email and attach several .jpg photos of the damaged items, photos must be .jpg photos. Once received the seller will file the insurance claim for any damage. The buyer will be contacted by the Post Office by letter, the buyer is to respond quickly to the claim letter and take THE ORIGINAL BOX, ALL ITEMS, AND ALL PACKAGING to their local post office with the letter to be verified. Once verified, the Post Office will pay the claim to the seller, who will credit the buyer for any damage or replace the items if available. The seller does not issue any credits without all items being returned and received or receipt of a paid insurance claim. If for any reason the Post Office policy is not or cannot be followed the claim will be denied and no credit will be issued to buyer from seller.
