The sleeves are short with a tie at the bottom of the sleeve to adjust the width. There is an open flap in the back, but only of the top layer. The bottom layer remains solid. A really pretty top. Wearable art. Size M Measurements laid flat: pit to pit 21" length, shoulder to hem: 29" (base layer) length, shoulder to base of top layer: 15" I have tried to capture the two layers, and I think my first item picture does the best job showing you that this top has two layers.
