Description: Vintage set of four small cocktail or appetizer serving trays made in the 1950's by the Alfred E. Knobler company. Each of these trays is identical, with a colorful Egyptian motif depicting heiroglyphics and ancient Egyptian imagery. They're supposedly made of pressed papier mache, but are hard and firm like a plastic composition. The backs are all marked in red "ALFRED E. KNOBLER - ALCOHOL PROOF - JAPAN". Each tray measures 8.25" long by 5" wide by .5" tall. They're in great shape with no cracks or chips and just have some age appropriate finish wear along the rims. Get them for your next cocktail party or King Tut fest.
