Description: You are buying a 62 year old: Aluminum Black Adjustable Swivel Chair made by the Glode-Wernicke Chair Co 1961 This chair has some visible imperfections on the seat and a cut in the upholstery on the backrest caused by the bumper but the chair is definitely still usable. Again the seat is not perfect but is in reasonably good condition considering its age. I hope you can make this out from the pictures. I believe the seat and back rest can be reupholstered if you desired. But again, I think it is usable condition as it is. I believe the chairs height can be adjusted and a few other adjustments can be made but I do not know how or for what purpose.
