COTTON KNOTS ARE SEEN ON THE INTERIOR FOR ADJUSTING THE SIZE. THE PATTERNED SILK TIES ARE ON EACH SIDE. CONDITION: I PERSONALLY WOULD REPLACE THE TIES AS THEY ARE VERY WEAK. THERE ARE THREE SMALL HOLES ON THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE BRIM THAT ARE IN NEED OF A SMALL STITCH WITH A HALF INCH OF A PERIOD STITCHED MEND ON THE SAME SIDE.
