The watch also is lever set and with the high jewel count makes me wander if it might be rail road quality? It comes with unique chain and a small locket fob that will hold 2 small pictures This is also marked with serial numbers and 17 jewels and G M Wheeler also Elgin watch co. Marked G.M. Wheeler and Reliable with numbers below 12911180 This does have some minor light scratches but very nice. I have never polished and decided to leave for buyer.
