Description: Antique 1920 Central High School Yearbook from Duluth, Minnesota Antique 1920 high school year book from Central High School in Duluth, Minnesota. The "Zenith," as these books were called, tells a unique story about life in Duluth as the ravages of WWI are still being felt. The title page says this book is, "The Zenith of reconstruction." Yearbook features photographs of students and faculty, and gives a peek into what school life offered students in 1920 -- with photographs and Prairie Style art illustrations included. Duluth, Minnesota sits on the southern tip of Lake Superior, making it a major shipping port. The original Central High School building still sits up on the hill in Duluth, but it has not been used as a school for many years. Central High School is a fabulous, historic building, and a Duluth landmark -- seen in the fourth photograph above. This original, authentic 1920 Zenith year book is in good condition for its age. There are flaws throughout the antique pages and cover, including discoloration, stains, wear, loose binding, pages coming loose from binding threads, torn and broken corners and edges, etc., so please see photos, as they are a key part of the description. Book measures approximately 7" x 9 3/4". Free media mail shipping to 48 contiguous states only. Please see my other vintage item listings, and thanks for stopping by!
