Description: 19th C oil painting on board, of a young girl with tight curls, holding a red flower, wearing a blue dress with lace. This piece is framed and measures in total 27.5" x 30.5" x 3" deep. The frame is later so I'd say that it was reframed in the 1950's. I don't offhand see a signature. There are several blemishes or touchups to the surface as shown mostly to the open field surrounding the girl, all shown in closeups. Some craquelure to the surface due to age. A touch up to the frame on right hand side inner margin also shown. See photos showing all angles, and closeups. Thanks for looking!
