Description: From the Appleton estate comes this 24" German Armand Marseille Bisque Head Doll with Composition Body. She looks very much like a toddler dressed this way. Very cute!! She has blue sleep eyes with their original wax eyelids. There are no cracks chips or repairs to her bisque head. She has a much nicer body than the usual flimsy cardboard Composition Body you usually see on AM dolls. She has all her fingers and toes. It has the original paint and lacquer. The inside of her left arm has a chip and glued repair. She is wearing an antique linen romper that buttons in the back. The remains of a Sunbonnet baby watering the garden is embroidered in black. If you embroider this would look so cute again. One button hole in back needs repair and there is a hole by the left back shoulder. There are no shoes or socks but it's probably because she has been playing in her garden or stream. Please review all photos and ask questions. All sales are final NO RETURNS.
