Description: This cute little dollhouse doll is so beautifully painted! He has a sweet expression of red lips, brown brows and rosy cheeks. His eyes are glass. He has a flat neck and mohair wig. He has a jointed composition body. His left arm is replaced, but otherwise his body is in good condition. There is a small chip around his neck on the body that is pictured. His head is free of chips and cracks. He is marked on the back of his neck with two crossed flags. From what I can find in the guide books on the mark he is a later Rauenstein? This mark was used by Rauenstein Porzellanfabrik Germany that operated from 1783-1930. He is 5.5" tall and comes in a white shirt and black pants that are replaced. A very charming little fellow to add to any collection. Thank you for looking!
