Description: Antique Bradley and Hubbard (B&H) Cast Iron Bookends, bronze/brass tone, great patina. These are in an extremely hard to find style which is a list of authors/poets: Shakespeare, Homer, Dante, Dickens, Carlyle, Goethe, Schiller, Hugo, Dumas, Emerson, Whittier, Longfellow. There is a book and a lady dressed in Greek/Classical attire. The bookends are heavy and solid, weighing around 6.5 pounds for the set. These have not been cleaned or waxed. The bottom felt is missing from one of the bookends as shown in photos. There is some random discoloration which could possibly be fixed but again, I did not try to and I think it adds to the overall beauty of an antique item.
